One year has passed so quickly. As we continue to see Cameron grow, I still want to continue writing the blog to share moments with our family and friends and also for us to look back on someday with Cameron- but I’m already behind!
So many things happen in a regular day, and while I don’t usually document the mundane typical activities of a day I do feel that some of the activities that we share as a family are important to remember. The days often begin to blend into one another when you don’t take a minute to write it down, hopefully future months will be more detailed.
This month:
Birthday photographs with the photographer we have been working with since the end of my pregnancy. Documenting the process from pregnancy, newborn, 6 months, and one year was absolutely worth every penny and she always captured the perfect moments.
Cameron’s first birthday celebration was a great event, which is detailed in its own post.
Cameron had his one year check up with the doctor, and got the thumbs up on his progress. He’s right on track for height, weight, and development. He’s always really good about letting the doctor and nurse check him out, and only fusses if he gets a shot but that typically ends after a quick snuggle with mama. He also had his ENT check-up to see how his ear tubes were doing, and also got the ‘all good’ status there too. We’ll head back in about 3 months for the next appointments.
